At time of inspection, the following violations were observed: -Ice machine was in need of cleaning. Please clean all components that come into contact with water or ice to prevent contamination. -TCS foods were not being date marked. Reviewed date marking procedure with the person in charge to ensure proper compliance. -Milk in front fridge with Coca-cola branding was out of temp at 45+ degrees. Voluntarily discarded and the unit was turned down to ensure proper cold holding. |
