Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Equipment was found in handwashing sink in kitchen. Equipment was moved during inspection. Ensure all handwashing sinks are used for no other purpose, including storage.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink in kitchen was blocked by containers. Containers were moved during inspection. Ensure nothing blocks access to any handwashing sinks.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Deli meat, sliced tomato, hot dogs and cooked bacon were not date marked. Deli meat and tomato were discarded, hot dogs and bacon were date marked during inspection. Ensure all ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food is date marked once packaging has been opened.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Person In Charge was unable to produce written biohazard procedure. Ohio Department of Health-approved procedure given to Person In Charge during inspection.

Repeat No "Employees Must Wash Hands" signage in either men's or women's restroom, apparently due to remodeling. Ensure signage is present at all handwashing sinks.

3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
Corrected During Inspection No soap was available at handwashing sink near warewashing. Soap was provided during inspection. Ensure all handwashing sinks are equipped with soap specifically made for handwashing.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
White refrigeration in kitchen didn't have temperature measuring device. Ensure all cooling units capable of holding time/temperature controlled for safety foods have a working, accurate temperature measuring device.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Ice scoop was lying flat in ice at bar. Scoop was moved to clean location outside of ice cooler during inspection. Ensure ice scoops are stored outside of ice cooler between uses to prevent contamination.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of silver microwave, black and white refrigerators had food debris on them. Ensure all non-food contact surfaces of equipment are maintained clean to sight and touch.
