Corrected During Inspection Observed buns in package on floor. Code states food must be stored 6 inches off of the floor. Buns were removed and floor and voluntarily discarded.

Corrected During Inspection Observed tongs with handle in hamburger bin. Code states utensils must be stored in a way to prevent contamination. Was corrected during inspection.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Condenser in freezer is dripping. Code states all equipment must be kept in good repair. Was told maintenance has been called.
