| Facility in the middle of remodel. Informed the owner that they need to go through plan review, contact the building department reguarding plumbing and building code. Ensure new surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable, coving needs added. Gloves, test strips, thermometers available. Hot water adequate. Observed proper cold hold temps of coolers. Thanks!
