[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-02.3(A) / Food contamination prevention - eating, drinking, or using tobacco.
Observed employee items mixed in a cooler with items for customers. Maintain employee itms in designated location, below or away from customer foods. Other options include using a cambro to hold employee items to prevent contamination from spill or leak.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Observed labels had fallen off the dough mixes. Keep any items that are not easily distinguishable labeled to prevent accidental misuse.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Obsered that the facility standing rear cooler had a damaged gasket. Maintain cooler gaskets in good repair to prevent any sources of warm air from entering the cooler and causing damage to foods or the equipment.

3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Repeat Observed that the facility did not have cove molding in the rear rooms. Areas where walls may be damaged by mopping should have proper water-resistant cove molding to prevent damage to walls. Observed light visible under rear doors on the facility. Doors shall have tight fitting seals to prevent any pests from entering the facility.

Went over report with PIC. Per the owner she has purchased the cove molding for the rear room and would like to install a walk in cooler at some point. Discussed the plans with the owner.
