Critical Repeat Improper washing of hands and arms. Observed food employee not use paper towel or other clean barrier to turn off faucet after handwashing to avoid recontamination of hands.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed two containers of food uncovered on the counter top. Make sure all food is covered when not is use. PIC added covers.

3717-1-06.1(L) / Toilet rooms - enclosed.
Toilet room not completely enclosed and/or did not have tight-fitting, self-closing door. Employee bathroom must have a self closing door.
