Critical Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. 3 compartment sink not pulling sanitizer for dishes and sani buckets. Test sanitizer regularly to catch if sanitizer isnt working.

Critical Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Observed green and black mold like substance on keg hookups in beer cooler. Clean hook ups so that there is no mold where hose hooks up to beer.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Observed bottle by 3 comp sink not labled. make sure all chem bottles are labeled.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Re-use of single-service or single-use articles. Observed single use sauce cup used as a scoop. Single use articles can only be used once.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Condenser leaking in freezer. Fix condenser in freezer so that it is not leaking dirty water.
