Thermometer in reach-in cooler in back was broken. Ensure temperature measuring devices are maintained in good repair and calibration.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Cold holding equipment thermometers were missing from milk cooler in front of the facility and from reach-in prep cooler in food prep area. Ensure appropriate, calibrated temperature-measuring devices are present in the warmest part of any cooler containing time/temperature controlled for safety foods.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Gaskets on doors to Budweiser and Bud Light-branded coolers (both doors in each cooler), the beer and cheese/meat coolers in back, as well as coolers containing Gatorade, Coke products, were damaged and need to be repaired or replaced. Ensure door gaskets are maintained intact to create appropriate seal between door and cooling unit.

Facility had expired sanitizer concentration test strips for both chlorine and quaternary ammonium sanitizers. Ensure appropriate, unexpired test strips are available for use.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Excessive frost accumulation found in ice cream freezer in front of the facility. Ensure non-food contact surfaces of equipment are maintained clean to sight and touch, free of accumulated soils such as frost.
