3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Ice cream scoop utensil well has accumulation of debris and residue. Clean at least once per day to remove debris build-up.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

3717-1-04.8(E) / Equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles - storage.
Single use pizza boxes observed stored on floor in area behind walkin cooler.
Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles shall be properly stored at least 6 inches above floor to protect from contamination when removed from packaging.
3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Observed light bulbs in walk-in cooler where food is stored that do not have protective shield
Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food..

Food prep areas kept clean at time of inspection. Hot and cold food sampled observed held at proper temperature. Sanitizer at 100ppm. Food date marked. Hot water adequate. Operation has continued to remove residential equipment from facility- good. New pizza oven obtained (Lincoln, model # unknown) and prep table / cooler (Delfield Model # 444 8N 12) and both are approved for use. Floor tile has been repaired near walkin cooler door and pizza prep area. Continue maintaining and upgrading facilities as needed.
