3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Soiled washcloth was found in handwashing sink. Washcloth was removed during inspection. Ensure handwashing sinks are used for no other purpose aside from handwashing.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Multiple TCS foods in two cold holding units were being held at over 50 degress Fahrenheit. All TCS foods that may been held out of temperature for longer than four hours were discarded, and the rest were either moved to coolers or put on ice to lower their temperature. Have the cold holding units serviced, and make sure that no TCS foods are stored in them until whatever issue is preventing them from cold holding is corrected.

Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. Ensure manager certification is obtained as soon as possible.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Door in dry storage area had gap along bottom through which daylight could be seen. Ensure all gaps in doors to outside are sealed to prevent pests from entering facility.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Repeat Facility had no usable sanitizer test strips. Ensure appropriate test strips are available and accessible at all times.
