3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.Observed some mold inside of the ice machine on the pump. Clean the ice machine thoroughly and often to prevent this build up At the time of inspection the employee cleaned the ice machine.

3717-1-04.8(G)(1) / Kitchenware and tableware - handling of single-service and single use articles.
Observed forks stored tines up at the bar. Store forks with their handles up to prevent bare hands from contacting the mouth-contact portion of the utensil. During the inspection an employee used gloves to flip the utensils.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed a household microwave and crockpot. Use commercial grade equipment to withstand day to day use.

3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
Observed that the women's locker room had trash containers in the stalls, but they were not lidded. Provide lidded trash cans for hygiene products.
