Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Washcloths were found in handwashing sink during inspection. Washcloths were removed during inspection. Ensure that handwashing sink is used for no other purpose.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Container of ham not date marked. Ham was date marked during inspection. Ensure all Ready-to-Eat foods being kept longer than a day are date marked once opened.

Repeat Facility did not have manager certification on file. Ensure proof of manager certification in food protection is kept on file at facility.

No thermometer found in reach-in cooler in dry storage. Ensure all coolers capable of holding ready-to-eat foods are equipped with a functional, accurate thermometer.
