3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed food debris that had been poured down the sink. The hand sink is to be used for handwashing only to ensure proper handwashing and cleanliness.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Handles of coolers, sides of fryers, and lower shelves accumulating dirt and debris. Clean regularly and more thouroughly to prevent such build up.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
