Observed proper holding temperatures. Observed proper date marking. Gloves, test strips, thermometers available. Owner has taken servsafe through our office. Discussed obtaining a "spill kit" for vomit or diarrheal events and developing a written procedure. Overall clean facility- some dust observed on hood vent. Owner has demonstrated sufficient knowledge of food safety. Please have spill kit and procedure by next inspection. |
