Observed spills and build up of grime and residue on cabinets in drink station. These areas shall be cleaned more frequently to control bacterial growth and prevent attraction of pests.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed cracked, insufficient caulking near mop sink and several damaged ceiling tiles. The facility shall be maintained in good repair.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
