| Received a complaint that a family became sick after eating a cake purchased at this facility. Manager stated there were no recent employee illnesses. Employee health policy is in use, no sick employees are allowed to work in the food section of the store. Remind employees of proper hygiene, hand washing after using the restroom or changing tasks. Wear gloves to eliminate bare-hand contact with ready to eat foods. |
