Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed raw tuna being stored above deli meat on rack in cooler. Raw animal product cannot be stored above ready to eat products. PIC removed Tuna.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. PIC added dates on containers without them.

3717-1-04.4(G) / Warewashing equipment - cleaning agents
Critical Dishtank was not dispensing chlorine at time of inspection. Maintanence has been performed, will check back to ensure chemical sanitation is dispensing.

3717-1-02.3(A) / Food contamination prevention - eating, drinking, or using tobacco.
Corrected During Inspection Employee drink found in cooler above food. Code states drinks/employee meals can be stored above or around food. PIC removed cup.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of food items in freezer. Food boxes must be kept 6 inches from floor. PIC moved boxes.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed ice build up on condenser in freezer. Have maintanence performed on leak, keep food from being stored under condenser.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed microwave not clean. Code states all non food contact surfaces must be kept clean of food and debris.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Observed mop not being hung up to dry in between uses. Make sure mops are hung or draped to dry.

3717-1-06.2(I)(2) / Lighting - intensity (20 FC)
Observed light out above dishtank. Replace bulb.
