| Pre-licensing final inspection of Panda Express. All sanitizers and chemicals have been installed. Quat sanitizer observed at 300 ppm. Counter Freezer still not operational. There is a work order in to have it fixed today. Freezer cannot be used for food storage until temperature can be maintained. Food probe thermometers available and in each unit. Hand wash signs in place by all sinks. Vomit/Diarrheal clean up written procedure is available. Employee Health policy in place. All employees are informed of the policy during training and are required to sign a copy of it. Okay to issue license and open. |
