Facility did not have written procedure for cleaning and containing a vomit/fecal accident that may occur on site. Resourcs will be email to operator..
Person in charge shall ensure that the FSO or RFE have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involved discharge onto surfaces.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed broken floor tiles under reachin cooler .Please ensure facility remains in a state of good repair.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
