3717-1-02.1(A) / Employee health: Reporting by food employees
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Person In Charge was unable to produce Employee Illness Reporting Policy. County-approved policy given to PIC during inspection.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Repeat Edge of three compartment sink needs to be resealed to wall with caulk. Ensure all fixed equipment is appropriately sealed as necessary.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Door gaskets in coolers containing Nesquik, Twisted Tea, Smirnoff Ice and Vizzy hard seltzer were damaged. Ensure all door gaskets are kept intact to ensure appropriate seal between door and cooling unit.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Excessive ice accumulation found in reach-in ice cream freezers, as well as reach-in freezer in dry storage area. Ensure all nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment are clean to sight and touch and free of soils such as frost build-up.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Dumpster lid was left open. Ensure dumpster lids are kept closed when not in use.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Mops was left in bucket. Ensure all mops are hung to air dry when not in use.

3717-1-06.2(I)(2) / Lighting - intensity (20 FC)
Repeat Burnt-out lightbulbs found in coolers containing Nesquik, Gatorade, Bud Light, Miller Lite, Twisted Tea and Smirnoff Ice. Ensure all burnt-out bulbs are replaced to ensure appropriate lighting intensity in reach-in coolers.
