PIC- Georgina At the time of inspection the facility was brought to the health department for inspection. The inspector went over the plans and menu with the mobile. The mobile has a bodily fluid clean up kit and procedures. Discussed new rules about not using latex gloves. Backflow preventer is in a small panel where the water hook off is located outside of the truck. Discussed food safety and proper food temperatures with the PIC. The facility is INSPECTED AND APPROVED TO OPERATE. |
