Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed potatoes and onions stored on floor in kitchen.

3717-1-03.2(H) / Ice used as exterior coolant - prohibited as ingredient.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ice being used for food after it was used as a coolant. Observed employee bottled soda stored in ice bin behind bar.
Because the ice at the bar is used in customer drinks, it is considered a food. Ice may not be used as an exterior coolant and then used for food. Store employee drinks in designated areas.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Manager Certification
Observed facility without PIC with level 2 food safety certification.

3717-1-02.3(A) / Food contamination prevention - eating, drinking, or using tobacco.
Employee drink stored in ice bin behind bar and not in designated area.
Employee shall eat, drink, and use tobacco only in designated areas that will prevent contamination of food, clean equipment, and single-use articles.
