Comments
At time of inspection, the following violations were observed:
-Deli ham with 12/27 date mark and cooked chicken with 12/26 date mark were observed. Voluntarily discarded a small container of ham and 4 bags of chicken wings.
-Sausage was out of temp at 43.2 degrees. Voluntarily discarded one package of sausage.
-Cutting board needed resurfaced or replaced.
