Critical Observed cut ham in cooler without date marking. Code states time sensitive, ready to eat foods must have dates. Make sure all ready to eat food has sell by or disposition date.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed degreaser being stored in prep sink. Chemicals must be stored where they cannot contaminate food. Keep chemicals out of food prep areas. Corrected on site.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Outer opening not protected. Observed gap under back door. Code states outer openings must be protected against entry of rodents and insects. Make repair so no daylight can be seen through bottom of door.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed gasket on freezer in walk-in cooler covered in ice. Code states seals must be kept in tact and tight. Remove ice from freezer door gasket.

3717-1-05.4(M) / Outside storage prohibitions.
Improper outside waste receptacles and/or storage of waste.Observed bags of trash outside dumpster. Make sure all trash makes it into dumpster.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed floor beneath customer soda machine dirty. Code states physical facilities be cleaned as often as needed to maintain cleanliness. Make sure under soda machine is being cleaned.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed ice build up on condensing unit in freezer, dripping onto food stored below. Code states physical facilities must be kept in good repair. Freezer needs maintenance for ice build-up.
