Critical Improper bare-hand contact with RTE foods. Observed food employee touch grab a burger bun with her bare hands.

Critical Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed raw beef stored above ready to eat foods in refrigeration. Foods were moved.

Critical Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Observed ice machine with build up of debris. Clean ice machine at a frequency that prevents build up of debris.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked in prep cooler. All TCS, ready to eat food must have a seven day datemark. Food was discarded.

Repeat Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed build up of debris on fryers. Make sure non-food contact surfaces are cleaned at a frequency that prevents build up of debris.

Observed grease build up on floor under grill and fryers. Clean floors under and behind the grill and fryers.

Observed vent on floor was broken. Make sure vent gets replaced.

Observed overhead light shielding damaged above prep cooler, and one shielding missing above the three compartment sink. Replace light shielding.
