Spay bottles of vinegar on the service table by the door were not labeled with the common name of the item.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
The facility has test strips for chlorine sanitizer but are using quaternary ammonia tablets, which require different test strips.

Over all clean facility. Owner has level 2 food safety certification. Vomit/ Diarrhea procedure and clean up kit are available. Employees have been informed of their responsibility to report illnesses and symptoms to management as they relate to food borne disease. Make sure a signed copy of the employee health policy is kept available at the facility.
