Over all clean facility. Owner has level 2 food safety certification. Vomit/ Diarrhea procedure and clean up kit are available. Employees have been informed of their responsibility to report illnesses and symptoms to management as they relate to food borne disease. Make sure a signed copy of the employee health policy is kept available at the facility. |
