[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed a damaged seal on the walk in/reach in cooler. Repair seals to prevent warm air from entering and damaging the cooler.
Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Observed damaged cove molding through out the facility. Replace the cove molding to prevent mop water from soakiing into walls and damaging them.
In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed.

Comments
At the time of inspection the store manager was available. Open critical violations have been corrected. The facility is properly cleaning the hot dog tongs and any other food contact utensils at least once every 4 hours. The facility understands that hand washing sinks shall be used for hand washing only. Observed that the ice chute had been cleaned prior to reinspection.
