[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Observed the area around the mop sink and the area underneath the self-service beverage station in the dining room to have broken and/or missing coving. The caulking between the mop sink and wall is also cracking and separating leaving a gap between the two. Please ensure that the walls and floor junctures are coved, closed, and sealed to prevent water from entering this gap and creating an ideal environment for bacteria to grow.
In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed the bathroom door to be severely stained and chipping near the handle. Recommend cleaning this area and then placing something over it, much like the kick plate at the bottom of the door, to protect the door from further damage. Observed missing ceiling tiles in the employee bathroom attached to the kitchen, as well as a piece of the wall cut out for the washing machine plumbing. Please ensure that the physcial facilities are maintained in a state of good repair to prevent creating ideal environments for bacteria to grow.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mop left in dirty water over night. Please ensure that mops are removed from water and properly air dried to ensure proper cleaning when in use.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
