At time of inspection, the following violations were observed: -employee did not follow proper hand washing procedure. Manager reviewed hand washing with employee and procedure was corrected during the inspection. -several items in walk-in cooler were date marked for disposition on 12/25. Discarded. -Hood over fries/chicken nuggets was dusty- please increase cleaning frequency to prevent build-up of dust/other debris. |
