Went over the report with the PIC at the time of the inspection.
At the time of inspection, the inspectors followed up on the previous handwashing violation. During the inspection, the inspectors noticed that the staff were not double gloving, and were properly washing hands after working with raw chicken.
The inspectors also followed up on the food items in the dumpster fry cooler. Foods were properly dated. Maintain all foods at 41 F or below or properly date and discard after you reach 6 hours.
As these issues have been resolved, the previous complaint investigation is now closed.
