Critical Improper washing of hands and arms. Observed employees not using paper towel to turn off faucet after handwashing. Code states employees must avoid recontamination of hands when turning off faucet after washing.

Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed cutting board on prep cooler in need of resurfacing. Resurface cutting board.
