Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a cup of ice in the ice machine. ICE USED TO COOL OTHER DRINKS/CONTAINERS/ ETC CANNOT BE USED IN DRINKS. During the inspection the item was removed from the ice and the ice removed.
3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Observed that the facility had aluminum foil and plastic covering on its shelves and equipment. These surfaces are not sufficient in strength to be cleaned and may collect debris underneath. SURFACES SHALL BE SMOOTH AND CLEANABLE.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed debris build up in areas throughout the kitchen including but not limited to: the bottom of the fire suppression tank, underneath the ice machine, on shelves, on the light shield above the prep table. CLEAN THOROUGHLY AND OFTEN TO PREVENT THIS BUILD UP WHICH MAY CONTAMINATE FOODS.

Observed mop was not hung to air dry. Hang mops to allow air drying.

Repeat Observed that the facility floors and walls were damaged in a manner where there were nooks and crevices collecting food debris. MAINTAIN THE FACILITY IN GOOD REPAIR TO PREVENT ANY SOURCES OF DEBRIS BUILD UP.
