Observed hoods above stove and fryers in need of cleaning. Make sure hoods are cleaned at a frequency that prevents build up of debris and dust.

Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. Observed dishtank was not dispensing sanitizer. Make sure dishtank is always dispensing at least 100ppm of chlorine. Dishtank was decommissioned, facility must use 3 compartment sink for dishes. Dishtank is to be repaired.

Observed freezer floor with build up of food and debris. Floors are to be cleaned at a frequency that prevents build up of debris.
