3717-1-04.4(L) / Mechanical warewashing equipment - hot water sanitization temperatures
Critical Hot water for mechanical sanitization is below required temperature. Ran dish washer twice and it did not reach 180 degrees. Told PIC to sanitizer dishes in 3 compartment sink till dish washer is fixed.
