Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. Ice chute on new coke machine needs cleaned and sanitized regularly. Observed build up of what appears to be mold on the inside of the ice dispenser.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
