3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Ensur ehand sink is ready to use at all times. Not permitted for storage,
To ensure frequent and proper handwashing, a handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed items in the kitchen which are no longer in use. Remove unused items to reduce clutter, ensure adequate clenaing, and prohibit harborage conditions for pests.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.
3717-1-07.1(J) / Restricted use pesticides - criteria.
Observed household pesticide stored in kitchen. Only pest control chemicals used by a certified pest control operator may be use din the facility.
To prevent contamination, restricted use pesticides shall meet the requirements specified in 40 C.F.R. 152 Subpart I and be applied as specified under paragraph (C)(3) of this rule.
