Comments
Received a complaint concerning the cleanliness of the facility. Upon inspection, observed that employees seem to be doing a better job keeping the facility clean. It is always necessary to keep up with cleaning regularly and thoroughly. Some build up observed in hard to reach areas, walls, and sides of equipment. Hot and cold holding of foods adequate. Test strips and gloves in use. Manager noted the grout in the floors is to be repaired/replaced soon. Thanks!
