Broken gaskets found on doors in coolers containing Perrier, Mike's Hard Lemonade, 4Loko, as well as on door to walk-in cooler. ensure that all gaskets are repaired or replaced to ensure an effective seal between coolers and outer environment.

Caulk on three compartment sink needs to be replaced. PIC was aware of this and informed me that the caulk is going to be replaced.

Excessive ice accumulation found in reach-in ice cream freezers and reach-in freezer in storage area. Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment are kept free of an accumulation of ice.

Mop was not hung to air dry. Ensure that mops are hung to air dry.
