| Compliant: An anonymous guest saw a cockroach run across the floor and he stepped on it and showed it to the manager who did not resolve it to the customers satisfaction. Result: Manager showed the invoice from Orkin from this morning. They are having regular treatments. No evidence of cockroaches was observed. Overall cleanliness is okay, increase spraying if necessary. |
