No sanitizer test kit available. At the time of inspection the test strips available were expired.
Obtain new test strips.
3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Repeat Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. At the time of inspection the spray nozzle at the 3 compartment sink was heavily soiled.
The equipment should be routinely cleaned to prevent build up of debris.
