Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Facility using non-commercial grade crockpots in the kitchen. Please work on acquiring commercial grade crockpot.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.
3717-1-06.3 (C)(1) / Employee accommodations - designated areas
Observed employees eating, drinking, or using tobacco where food, equipment, or utensils may be contaminated. A clear separation for employee food vs. food for sale to the public is needed.
