Utensils and equipment contacting non-TCS foods not cleaned at requried frequency. Observed mold in ice chute of soda machine and soil residue on cappacino machine. Also observed a build up of soil residues above coffee filters.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing. Observed cooler under oven without a thermometer.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Improper storage of food items. Observed bin of food stored on floor in freezer.

3717-1-04.4(A)(3) / Equipment - cutting or piercing parts of can opener not maintained.
Observed slicer with chipped blade. PIC explained that a new blade has already been ordered.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed gasket on door of beer cooler in need of repair.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed an accumulation of dirt and debris in the sliding door of the soda cooler. Observed old juice spills in the bottom of juice cooler. Observed an accumlation of old drinks and debris on floor in cooler behind beer/milk.
