Comments
At time of inspection, observed chicken cooler at 50-55 degrees. 30-40lbs of chicken voluntarily discarded as well as cubed chicken, diced and sliced tomatoes, blue cheese and mozzarella cheese. Cooler is not properly holding temperature-work order is in. Cigarettes were also found in the food prep area. Hand washing and date marking were ok. Facility will use time as a public health control and will write procedures.
