Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed several containers that were out of date. Make sure everyone is paying attention to the throw away dates on food.

Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. Someone in facility must have manager certification in food safety.

Need Quaternary Amonium test strips for sanitizer used for 3 compartment sink. Please order Quat test strips.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Repeat Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Racks throughout restaurant observed with build up of dust and debris. Make sure all racks that hold dishes or food are cleaned with a frequency that prohibits build up of debris.
