At time of inspection, the following violations were observed: -Chicken had not been cooled to 70 degrees before being place in reach in. Please ensure proper cooling temps are being observed -Fish observed at 52 degrees, tomatoes at 47, chicken at 47. All TCS foods to be held at 41 or below for cold holding -Significant number of flies in back areas of kitchen- please contract with licensed pesticide operator - Food items stored on floor including raw fish -Cutting boards needed replaced or resurfaced. |
