Observed ready to eat foods stored below rawmeats and eggs. Eggs and raw meat are to be stored on the bottom, or with nothing else below them to prevent from contamination. Please keep ready to eat items and potatoes and items cooked to a lower temperature on the other side of the prep cooler.
