[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s)At deli and at meat department. PIC added paper towels to both during inspection.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. Observed Thermometers in deli coolers being unreadable. PIC stated he would have them replaced.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Observed a build-up of dust on vents of fan in two walk-in freezers and coolers. Intake and exhaust air ducts shall be cleaned and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination by dust, dirt, and other materials. Clean vents so that they do not contaminate the food in the freezers.
