[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(D) / Backflow prevention - air gap.
Critical Observed that the front ice machine did not have a proper air gap coming from the ice machine. All ice machines and food prep sinks shall have proper air gaps to prevent contamination from sewage backflow. Per the GM the locaiton has made a work order for the air gap. Ensure that the drian is properly air gapped prior to next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Observed a fryer cleaning utensil where the plastic handle had been melted to where it was no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Replace utensils that have melted or damaged with hard to clean surfaces.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed food debris building up in areas around the facility such as under equipment, behind the chicken breading stations, etc. Clean thorough and often to prevent this build up.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed a bun grill in the rear of the facility that was not in use. Remove any items that are not in use to prevent attracting pests. The facility did make progress on removing other unnecessary items.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed areas through out the kitchen where the floor tiles had insufficient grout to prevent food from being caught up. Regrout tiles to prevent the floor from collecting food and other debris.

Went over the report with the person in charge.

At the time of inspection:
- Some unnecessary equipment from the rear of the facility has been removed.
- Several boxes were littered through the rear of the kitchen. At the time of inspection the facility had just received a food delivery and prior to the end of the inspection the boxes were properly broken down and taken to the dumpster. Maintain the kitchen area clean to prevent attracting pests.
-Area in the walk in chicken cooler has been caulked to prevent debris from being caught behind the cove molding.
