Hot water adequate. Observed proper glove use at time of inspection. Observed proper cold holding temperatures for food and equipment tested at time of inspection. PIC demonstrated adequate knowledge and was able to explain proper cooking and holding temperatures, cooling, reheating, and thawing techniques. Level I and Level II food safety available - good. Pest control in place and verification provided upon request. No critical violations at time of inspection. Thanks!
