[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.4(B) / Cutting surfaces.
Observed that the cutting board was heavily scored. Replace or resurface the cutting board to prevent any food debris from being caught in the scoring.
Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they are not capable of being resurfaced.
3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed that the rubber gasket on the walk in cooler was damaged. The foods inside do not need refrigerated, however the gasket should be repaired to prevent damage to equipment.
Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed that the facility had some water building up in the beer coolers. Clean to prevent damage to equipment or product.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
3717-1-06.1(D)(1) / Floor carpeting - restrictions and installation.
Observed carpeting installed behind the 3 compartment sink at the bar and half way into the womens restroom. Carpet should not be installed in locations where it is subject to moisture.
Carpeting or similar material shall not be installed in food preparation areas, walk-in refrigerators, warewashing areas, toilet rooms, refuse storage rooms, or other areas where the floor is subject to moisture, flushing or spraying.
3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Observed that the facility had ran out of paper towels at the hand sink. Purchase new paper towels for the hand sink to promote proper hand washing.
To prevent contamination by hands, each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall beprovided with: Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
